To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter to share with you my current experience while living at Phillips University Center. During my time in Charlotte, I have lived at several places in the University area of Charlotte, normally I stay there for my lease terms and then it is off to the next place, but that has not been the case while living here. I truly have developed good relationships with the entire staff from management down.
I have a unique situation, seeing how I was the first resident to move in, at that time there was not even a model for me to look at, to be honest I was a little nervous about not having something to look at to determine if your furniture would fit and what to expect from the apartment. That nervous quickly left after sitting down with the staff at Phillips University Center. At this time this time that included Michelle and Justin. They were able to show me pictures of what the apartment was going to look like to ensure that I decided on the right floor plan, they were very knowledgeable when I presented questions and very much appear to be receptive to my input. Michelle’s positive attitude and excitement about the property made it a easy decision to decide to move here. As we all know when you’re moving there are unexpected things come up that can be problematic, when problems aroused the staff was eager to help and with a team approach we were able to minimize most problems.

While living here there has been individual time when all the staff has assisted me in a way that I feel is above and beyond the normal call of duty. Niki and Tarin taking time out of their day to answer questions and email me the dimension and floor plan of my apartment so that I was able to make a decision on furniture, not to mention the countless times they assist me with utilizing the fax machine. Diane quickly resolving a mix up with payment early in my lease, so that all parties involved were satisfied. Justin assisting me with moving furniture and other major and minor maintenance needs. They were all even very helpful in me deciding to keep my pet, can’t say that my life would have been the same if I had decided otherwise.

Honestly, I could go on and on talking about my experience at Phillips University Center and with the staff here, and trust me I am not just saying that. But I will end in saying this, although a professional relationship is first and foremost, I have developed a personal relationship as well, and they both matter a lot to me. I often find myself stopping by the office just to say hello and see how their days are going, can’t say that’s happened at another rental property that I have lived at.
